How it works
Every pin on the map is a lost or found item. Post in a minute, search for free.
You lost something
- 1Search the map where you lost itFilter by category and date. Items found by people and venues show up as pins.
- 2Nothing there yet? Post it & set an alertPost your lost item so finders can reach you, and save a search alert — we email you the moment a matching item appears nearby.
- 3Prove it's yours, get it backFound items are protected by verification questions only the real owner can answer. Once the finder approves you, contact details are revealed to arrange the handover.
You found something
- 1Post it in under a minuteDrop a pin where you found it, add a photo, and set a question only the owner would know (“what’s on the keychain?”).
- 2Owners come to youYou stay anonymous — claimants answer your question first, and you decide who's genuine.
- 3Hand it over, feel greatApprove the real owner, contact details unlock for both of you, and you arrange the return.
What's free, what's paid
- Free: browsing, searching, posting, alerts, and the whole verification claim flow.
- Optional: skip the finder's verification wait with a small instant-unlock fee, or boost your listing to the top of the map.
- Guaranteed rewards: owners can attach a reward we hold securely and pay the finder after the handover — protected by a one-time handover code.
